Product description

This sink & float sorting washing tank is mainly used for sorting and washing and separating mixed hard plastic materials. The bottom part is screw or vane to put forward and clean the submerged plastic material, and the top is equipped with rollers to wash and separate the floated material. The inverse tangential digging and discharging method is adopted at the discharge roller,it is fast outlet discharge. The discharge roller is a hollow filter screen structure. The water is poured back to the washing tank to reduce water loss. The speed of each rollers is controlled by apply the corresponding blade striking force to different materials at the most suitable rotation speed to achieve the best cleaning and separation effect. The bottom of the sinking-floating separation tank is equipped with an independent anti-helix, and only the anti-helix needs to be started during cleaning, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.

◆ Each roller on the top is driven by an independent motor,controlled by variable frequency speed regulation, which has stable performance. With optimized hitting force to different material with corresponding speed according to material type to achieve the best washing effect.

◆ The top discharge roller is with a filter screen hollow structure design to dig material quickly. At the same time, the water on material surface is filtered and poured back into the washing tank to save water.

◆ The bottom part is screw or spiral blade design can reverse to a more convenient and simple maintenance.

◆ The safety stairs is equipped for daily convenient inspection.
